How do orders ship?
We currently work with PostNord as our shipping carrier.
How much does it cost to ship items purchased from the shop?
For countries within Europe (regardless of their EU membership):
- FREE shipping on orders over £70
- For orders under £70 shipping & handling is a flat rate of £7
International:
For the rest of the world:
- FREE shipping on orders over £100
- For orders under £100 shipping & handling is a flat rate of £8
*Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees that may be billed by customs in accordance with your respective country's policies.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Payment through Paypal is also available at checkout.
RETURNS:
Can I return my order?
Due to the incredibly intensive process required to make each small batch of Bare Origin's products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on dissatisfaction.
Each product is made with care and love by a small team here, we hope you understand.
We are more than happy to offer a return on a product that is in damaged or defective. If this is the case, please send a detailed email to info@bareoriginskin.com within seven days of delivery and we will take care of the issue right away. Following this seven days, no returns or exchanges will be granted.
